One of the most renowned and much awaited occasions in the entertainment business is the Oscar Awards. Every year, the biggest stars in Hollywood gather to celebrate the best films of the year and show off their fashion choices on the red carpet.
And the Oscars event which has become as much about fashion as they are about the awards themselves keeps serving a lesson in understated splendor, with subtle and vibrant colors and sophisticated silhouettes ruling the entire evening’s fashion
This year was no exception, as celebrities walked the champagne carpet of the 95th Academy Awards donning glamourous, elegant and showstopping ensembles.

Delevingne’s Elie Saab red ball gown dress was by far the prettiest outfit of the evening. The dress which was from Elie Saab Haute Couture 2021/22 Autumn/Winter collection is made with silk taffeta, has a voluminous bow on one shoulder, a high slit, a pocket and a flowing train.
Ariana DeBose Wears Versace
The “West Side Story” actress wore a custom-made floor-length Versace gown.
The Italian fashion house created this stunning white V-neck gown with a silk cady fabric bejeweled with gray pearls featuring an open-back, a high-thigh slit, a long slim train, and tulle sleeves with embroidered motifs.
Lady Gaga Dons A Versace
Lady Gaga won this year’s Oscars Best Original Song Award and she did so in style donning the Look 75 gown from the newly debuted Versace Fall/Winter 2023 Collection.
The dress featured a sheer tulle top with a pointy bustier, a silk pleat A-line skirt and Gianni belt with the Medusa 95 logo.
Malala Yousafzai Wears Ralph Lauren
The Pakistani education activist was nominated for Oscars Best short documentary film for her “Stranger at the Gate” film and for the event she wore a custom-made Ralph Lauren hooded silk sequin gown.
Rihanna In Alaïa
Bad Girl RiRi sure knows how to rock a “preggy bump”, she wore a black custom Alaïa dress which was crafted in a black leather bralette layered over a sheer long-sleeve top and worn on top a slit-thigh long-train leather skirt.

Michelle Yeoh has had a successful award season as she became the first Asian woman to win the Oscars Best Actress Award. We were not only wowed by her milestone achievement, but also by her red carpet outfit.
The “Everything Everywhere All at Once” actress looked ethereal in a custom made Dior gown which was created in ivory silk organza and embroidered with airy angelic feathers.
Fan Bingbing Wears Tony Ward

Bingbing made her second red carpet event oozing luxury and elegance. She wore Look 33 from the Tony Ward Spring Summer 2023 Collection. This silver encrusted charleston embroidered dress comes with a matching jeweled belt and taffeta emerald green overskirt with voluminous sleeves.

The Nigerian musician who was nominated for Best original song, is also one of our best dressed of the night. She appeared on the Oscars red carpet stunningly angelic and cocooned in a Lever Couture dress. The dress had a sculptural flurry of pleated and boned fabric strips curling up through the head and bodice.
