Lizzo won another golden gramophone for Record Of The Year while serving up three breathtaking outfit changes, a dynamic live performance, and an emotional acceptance speech, all of which have undoubtedly elevated her to icon status.
Anyone that has been following Lizzo’s extraordinary career would know that she does have a keen sense of style. And while keeping up with a reputation like that may be overwhelming to most people, at this year’s Grammys, she once again embraced the limelight with grace, elegance and a sophistication that we’ve all become accustomed to.
Lizzo made yet another impression on the red carpet with a grand entrance while donning an orange floral cape that framed her radiant face.
Here’s a quick look at the three outfits that the Grammy winner wore throughout the 65th Annual Grammy Awards event.

Lizzo wore a Dolce and Gabbana custom ensemble, which featured a silk Mikado opera coat completely embroidered with the brand’s silk flowers in a faded effect, as well as a silk corset gown with crystal mesh Swarovski details. She completed the look with crystal-accented heels and sheer fingerless orange-colored gloves.
Lizzo chose a subtle cherry eye color for her eyelids and deep cherry lipstick for her lips to complement the color of her gown. For her hair, she styled it in soft beautiful curls and slipped an orange flower on it to give her that exotic Polynesian Island beauty appearance.
And in keeping up with the orange theme, Lizzo accessorized her fingers with flower shaped rings, and wore a bright orange manicure with 3D floral appliqués to complete her gorgeous carpet look.

Lizzo, as usual, served even more elegance with a fresh appearance for her electrifying Grammy stage performance. The “Worship” singer changed her red carpet spring-inspired outfit for another Dolce and Gabbana custom dress.
She donned a black satin bustier dress with big sleeves paired with a corset designed with Swarovski crystal embellishments and accessorized with the vintage Dolce & Gabbana silver crystal rosary necklace and wore a pair of Swarovski crystal pointy boots

For her final look for the event, the “About Damn Time” singer received her Record of the year award for the same song wearing a Dolce and Gabbana custom silver lame pleated dress with sculptured shoulder sleeves and she paired it with silver floral heels.
The 34-year-old was up for five awards this year. With “About Damn Time,” she received nominations for Record of the year, which she ultimately won, for “Special”, she was nominated for Album of the year.
She also got nominated for Song of the year for “About Damn Time” and Best pop solo performance for the same song.
For next year’s Grammy, we can’t wait to see what other outstanding avant-garde outfit(s) Lizzo will be wearing. Will she feast our eyes to outlandish custom attires like her Dolce and Gabbana orange-colored Spring-inspired look for this year’s Grammys? Or who knows, maybe she’ll decide to go simple, but knowing Lizzo, you can be sure that she’ll both dazzle and mystify onlookers (in equal measure) regardless.
