PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WITH RESPECT TO PURCHASERS OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF ISSUES IN A SUBSCRIPTION TERM, INCLUDING DISCONTINUING ANY FORMAT, MAKING SUBSTITUTIONS, AND/OR MODIFYING HOW THE SUBSCRIPTION IS DISTRIBUTED, AS NOTED BELOW. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING US WITH ANY ADDRESS CHANGES FOR YOUR ACCOUNT.

Ownership.

Between you and FashionsNews (excluding any Submitted materials (as defined in the following), FashionsNews or its Licensors own exclusive and solely the rights, title, and interests on and in the Websites, including but not limited to the exclusion of all the information (including such things as images, audio, pictures illustrations, graphics other videos, images, text, copy titles, software, as well as Shockwave files) including data, code and the materials that are therein as well as along with the look and experience, the design and layout of the Websites and the compilation of the code, content information, data and other materials available on the Websites, which includes but not limited to trademark rights, copyrights or copyrights database rights, patent rights, moral rights sui generis rights, and other intellectual property rights and rights of proprietary nature contained in the Websites. The access to the Websites does not confer ownership of any information, code, or data you can access on the Internet through these Websites. Feedback.

Suppose you send FashionsNews any comments or suggestions about our Websites (“Feedback”) which includes, without limitation, ideas of concepts, concepts, or know-how techniques related to the function or design that the websites provide. In that case, you give FashionsNews FashionsNews all rights related to the Feedback and acknowledge that FashionsNews has the right to use the Feedback and other information in any way it thinks appropriate. FashionsNews will treat any feedback you submit to FashionsNews as non-proprietary and non-confidential. You agree to not send the FashionsNews any feedback you believe to be private or proprietary.

Additionally, you agree not to modify, alter, erase, or remove the nature or appearance of, or reuse, any information, content, codes, or other material that are available on or through the Websites, which includes the modification or removal of any trademarks logos, trade names or service marks, as well as any other proprietary content or rights notices. You agree that you will not acquire any rights to ownership through downloading any copyrighted materials via the Websites. If you use other features on the websites unless, in the manner stated above, you could violate copyright laws and other laws of those of the United States and/or other countries and/or the applicable state laws and could be held liable for any use that is not authorized. Marks.

The trademarks, logos, service trademarks, or trade names (collectively”the “Marks) displayed on the Websites or the content available on the Websites are registered and not registered trademarks or service trademarks of FashionsNews and other third-party companies. All Marks that are not belonging to FashionsNews that are displayed on the Websites, or on or through the Websites’ services which may be present, are the sole property of the respective owner. The Websites’ content is meant to grant either implicitly or in any other way any rights or license to make Use of any Mark shown on the Websites without the prior written consent by FashionsNews and/or the third party who may own the relevant Mark. You are not authorized to make Use of the Marks without our written permission or the approval of any third party that could own those Marks. Any use of the Marks that are displayed on the Websites or through the services offered by the Websites is strictly forbidden.
