On the evening of March 9, Versace showcased her Versace women’s Fall/Winter 2023 collections in a runway show atop the Pacific Design Center’s car-park rooftop, in Los Angeles.
According to the Italian fashion house, the Versace 2023 Fall/Winter collection honors the brand’s illustrious legacy with references to its previous collections and famous symbols woven throughout.
The strong, and exaggerated silhouettes of their new collection was inspired by their Fall/Winter 1992 collection. The belts and the buckles, pay homage to the collections from the early 2000s, demonstrating Versace’s designs’ ongoing influence.
The collection which also included ready-to-wear items showcased the brand’s renowned flawless craftsmanship, materials, and skillful tailoring style.
One of the collection’s outstanding elements was the Medusa ’95 head logo, a reimagining of the fashion house’s iconic symbol, which first appeared in the 1995 Atelier Versace advertisement.
The presence of the symbol throughout the collection attests to its long-lasting impact and the brand’s dedication to its heritage.
Versace’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection is an expert fusion of the past and present, exhibiting the brand’s unmatched expertise and seemingly limitless creativity.Â
